Glen Brooker

Manager, Ottley Station

Glen started his career in 1994 as Jackeroo for Stanbroke Pastoral Company.  Over a period of ten years, he worked his way up to the position of head stockman and moved from Stanbroke to a private enterprise in the gulf country of Queensland.

In 2008 Glen started in the role of assistant manager with Consolidated Pastoral Company at Isis Downs, which was followed by a promotion to station manager in 2010 at Kirkimbie Station, Northern Territory.

Immediately prior to joining Packhorse in August 2022,  Glen spent six years working as station manager at Carlton Hill Station in the east Kimberly of Western Australia.

Recognising the importance of restoring degraded soils and the vital role that livestock play in this process, Glen is a passionate advocate for regenerative grazing and has a particular strength in managing and developing people to create high performing teams.
