Moolan Downs Aggregation is comprised of four properties, Moolan Downs, Cressy, Allambee and Old Southwood. The title is an unrestricted freehold tenure.

The aggregation is located in the Western Downs region of Queensland approximately 160 km south west of Dalby and 200 km south east of Roma.

Prior to acquisition by Packhorse, Moolan Downs, Cressy and Allambee were certified Australian Certified Organic (ACO) and certified US National Organic Program for cattle.

Property Characteristics
The properties predominately consist of slightly undulating belah, brigalow/belah and associated softwood scrub soils.
Improved pastures include Buffel, Creeping Blue grass, Rhodes grass, Gatton Panic, Snail Medic plus large areas of Queensland Blue plus other native pastures and herbages with 364 hectares (900 acres) of Leucaena with improves pastures.
